As you may or may not remember, Fappy® was the one who found bombing suspect #2 masturbating in a boat and alerted authorities. For his bravery he was given a key to the city of Boston and had dinner with the governor. So when Fappy® made a return to the city today, to educate children about the dangers and consequences of masturbation, he was greeted with a heroes welcome! Way to go Fappy®!
