Pros and cons of being single

The fear of being alone for the rest of our lives is one of the most powerful for a human. That is why most people aspire to find their soul mate. Some of us are lucky and get the boyfriend or girlfriend of our dream as soon as possible. Unfortunately, many single people trying hard to find at least someone. They accuse loneliness of their misery and sulk.

On the one hand, single people really suffer in their solitude. However, on the other there are tons of situations, when relationships become harmful or bring inconveniences. Here are three pros and cons of being single that show the uncertainty of our live. Anyway, this uncertainty makes it more interesting, doesn’t it?

Cons:

  1. Emptiness

When we are in love we feel ourselves complete. This feeling brings us higher and makes us happy. Everyone dreams of perfect love experience, so when we lose it or even don’t feel it at all, it totally ruins us. The crushing sense of loneliness makes us think there is something wrong and the complexes show up. We try to fill the emptiness with anything if only to keep ourselves together.

In short, being single dishearten us.

  1. No sex life

Yep. Sex is one of the basic need for human. The lack of intimacy cause a huge distress especially for those who can’t have sex without feeling love. Some people compensate this with one night stands anyway. This may be the way out if you are too communicative, but it demands carefulness. Nevertheless, nothing compares to the feeling of being close together with the person you love.

  1. The endless seeking

Dating is the most appropriate way to find a partner. On the one hand, it is quite exciting to meet new people, hanging out, getting out the comfort zone so as not to be afraid of communicate with strangers. However, some dates may disappoint us badly. Our mate may not be as awesome as we imagined, or we can get a reject despite the date was fine.

In addition, having too many dates is really stressful. When they fail one by one, it causes even more pain. The final nail in the coffin: you have to spend money over and over again.

Pros:

  1. Freedom

Being independent is important for everyone. When we are single, we are free to do anything, to meet every one and everywhere. No one coordinates your actions – it is perfect. Some single men and women dream of commitment and put up with it; this is an essential part of relationships.

But the longer you date with someone, the more it irritates you. The reports about where you’ve been and what you’ve done strike our independence.

  1. A lot of spare time

Instead of crying and complaining, it is much better to spend your free time on self-perfection. Visiting festivals, meeting your friends, travelling and studying is a perfect way to fill the emptiness.

  1. No miserable relationships

Love is a great feeling and we all sick for it. But sometimes when we finally found it, we wish it longs forever… even if we suffer. We are too afraid to lose someone, so when it goes too far, we sacrifice or self-sufficiency and peace of mind. For example, unsubstantiated jealousy ruins strong and healthy relationships. When it happens, men or women have to meet their friends rarely; they don’t have any personal life and feel more lonely. Is it worth it?

Another example is when you stay together with a person you don’t love. At the first period of relationships, we tend to miss the flaws of our couple. However, later we get to know each other closely and the negative treats are revealed. Someone don’t put up with it and break up, but for the others it is very hard: they are afraid to become lonely again. In the end, they have to suffer, no matter how sad it sounds.

Therefore, it is better to stay single sometimes. Fortunately, all disadvantages will disappear when you find your true love. Love can be found at Vip Brides!
